Sham Shui Po evokes my high school memory🥰! Sun Heung Yuen created one of the best local sandwiches in town, simple ingredients but splendid taste. Toasted bread stuffed with scramble eggs and fresh beef. Instead of corned beef, the well-seasoned beef tasted more palatable and added a chewy texture to the fillings. Make sure not to come here during the peak hours, as the seats there are quite limited.
